Connecting to Your Xecure Panel Using Safari


* Locate and Open the Apple Safari Web Browser

* Visit the Following Website
https://share.symetrix.com.au
* Enter the Hostname for your Xecure Panel in the Hostname field
* Click on the [Connect] Button to Connect to Your Xecure Panel

Adding a Home Screen Link To Your Xecure Panel

Once you have connected to your Xecure panel, tap on the Send Options icon shown below
Next scroll down and tap on the "Add to Home Screen" option
The following Screen will now be displayed

It is recommended that the Home Screen Icon Label is shortened, so as it is easily readable on the home screen
To do this, edit the label by deleting the " :: Xecure Security" text from the label.
Finally, Tap on the [Add] button at the top right hand side of the screen to add the Home Screen Link
Once Completed, a Xecure Icon will be displayed on you home screen, complete with the updated label entered above
Tapping this Icon will automatically reconnect to your Xecure Panel, and will display the Xecure login Screen

Automatically Logging In
The Xecure panel web interface allows for automatically logging a person in, when the "Remember Me"
Option has been enabled on the Xecure Login Screen.

When logging in to the Xecure panel with this option enabled, a secure session cookie will be stored by the browser,
and will allow the browser to automatically log you in whenever you connect to your Xecure Panel.
NOTE: This option requires Xecure Firmware - Web GUI Version 675 or above to function on iOS
